Email is the best way to reach us with a question about the request form, a guide on this site or how our service works. Include your name and the email address you used on the form, but never send your Social Security number, bank details or passwords by email.

Questions about a loan you have already accepted, such as payments, payoff amounts, due dates or hardship options, should go to the lender that made the loan. Its contact details are on your loan agreement and monthly statements.

We do not service loans and cannot see or change loan accounts. If you are not sure which lender made your loan, check the agreement you signed or the email that confirmed funding.

We are not affiliated with Discover Bank, Discover Financial Services or Capital One, and we cannot help with any Discover account. For a Discover loan, card or bank account, contact Discover directly using the details on its official website or your statement.

If you have a concern about our service, email us with the details and we will respond. If your concern involves a lender in our network, we can pass it along, and you can also contact your state financial regulator or the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

If someone contacted you claiming to represent us and asked for an upfront fee, payment by gift card or a password, do not pay or share anything. We never charge a fee to use our service. Report suspected fraud to the Federal Trade Commission at ReportFraud.ftc.gov, and let us know.
